Event Rentals

Stone River Management will serve as the venue coordinator and will be your primary point of contact leading up to your event. We will assist in creating a digital layout guide for the event, which will help our staff in setting up your tables and chairs. Our team will handle both the setup and teardown of all venue tables and chairs. On the day of the event, a designated host will be available as your point of contact to address any questions or concerns you may have.

Rates

We do our best to provide flexibility in start and end times for your event. Our typical day starts at 8am. If you are interested in an earlier event please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Half Day Rental – Daytime
    9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    • Standard Rate — $1,250

    • Holiday Rate — $1,500

    Half Day Rental – Evening
    4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

    • Standard Rate — $1,750

    • Holiday Rate — $2,000

    Full Day Rental
    12 Hours

    • Standard Rate — $3,500

    • Holiday Rate — $4,500

    Additional Time

    • +1 Hour — $450

We offer special pricing for weddings booked in the off-season. Pricing displayed is for 12-hour rentals.

Prepare to be captivated by the beauty of the Congaree River, downtown Columbia, and the Gervais Street Bridge as you sip cocktails at our 30-foot built-in bar. Then, step outside to our covered patio and immerse yourself in these iconic views.

Our meticulously curated full service bar packages are designed to cater to your every need. They include all listed beverages, cold sodas, stem ware, rocks glasses, disposable cups, cocktail napkins, and the option for a second bar. With one bartender per 50 guests, you can be confident that your event will run smoothly.
